"Pretty happy with how they handled it"
My flight ended up getting canceled, which was definitely frustrating at first. But American Airlines rebooked me quickly, and everything worked out without too much hassle. It wasn’t ideal, but I was satisfied with how they handled the situation.

"Bag showed up fast, thankfully"
I flew American Airlines last week and was kind of rushing the whole time, so I was relieved my checked bag made it both ways with no problems. At pickup, it came out really quickly, which almost never happens to me and was a nice surprise since I needed to get going. No damage, the tags were still on, and the bag drop staff were friendly enough. Overall, it was a easy experience.

"Refund process was surprisingly easy"
I had to cancel a trip and was expecting it to be a hassle, but aa.com made it straightforward. My travel credit showed up quickly, and the refund went through without any issues. It was a lot smoother than I thought it would be, which definitely gave me more confidence using them again.

I use American Airlines often, keeping track of my AAdvantage miles has been simple. The miles add up faster than I expected, and I even got a free seat upgrade once. Who’s going to complain about that?

"American did a solid job with flight updates"
I was happy with how quickly American sent delay texts. I didn’t have to stand around the airport guessing what was going on, which has definitely happened to me with other airlines. Compared to some competitors, their updates felt faster and more useful.

"Smooth booking and felt reassuring"
I booked my flight on American Airlines it was easier than I expected. The site was simple to follow, and I liked that the dates and prices were clearly laid out because I always like to double-check everything before I commit. Checkout went through without any issues, which was reassuring, and picking my seat was easy too. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. No complaints from me, it just worked the way I hoped it would.
